 Our powder coated Aluminum Slab Formwork System TOPEND makes shuttering and stripping significantly quicker, more economic and efficient than traditional main/sub-girder systems. Because the TOPEND System operates with only two basic parts – prop with prop head (Bearing) and panel.
  The 0.9 x 0.9 m, 1.8 x 0.9 m and 1.8 x 1.8 m panels can be erected and dismantled with a maximum of two men.
The TOPEND system is to erecting in three steps: Hook it on, push it up and prop it. Stripping is carried out with the reverse procedure. Time-consuming preparation is never required. After the labor-saving maneuvers are quickly learnt, shuttering times of about 0,2 h/m2 are achievable. The result of using the TOPEND System are clean and plane ceilings because the panels are connected so tightly together that only narrow joints are created and very little concrete residue is left on the panels. A range of adjustment parts as well as accessories are available so that any shape can be realized. For support, our props with TOPEND BEARING are suitable at the best. Concrete ceiling with a thickness up to 50 cm can be build with this system.
The TOPEND System is 100% compatible with the TOPEC System from Huennebeck (http://www.huennebeck.de/Products/Soffit-formwork/TOPEC) and its powder coated surface reduces the adhesion of the concrete and permit easy cleaning.
